We organize holidays for wheelchair/scooter users either resident in Korea or visiting our dynamic country from overseas. We provide customized escorted tours for people with varying degrees of disabilities with their travel needs. The itinerary is tailored to the destinations you wish to visit in the best way possible for a smooth journey.

Tours
Our tours are specifically tailored for travelers with physical disabilities or who have limited mobility.
These include accommodation, specified meals, all arranged land transport including airport transfers, some internal flights where noted, experienced professional guide, sightseeing and admissions where stated, river cruise, attraction/performance tickets.
We are flexible and often able to arrange other activities in line with your personal interests. The more information you can give us prior to your arrival, the better we can meet your needs.
Wheelchair accessible vehicle
Wheelchair accessibility is what we are all about. At present, we operate 3 coaches, 2 mini buses and 1 van.
Our 3 coaches can accommodate up to 9 wheelchairs per one. And each bus has 25 seats besides wheelchair accessible space.
Our 2 mini buses can carry 12 passengers in addition to three wheelchair users per one.
Our 1 van consists of room for 1 wheelchair and 4 seats. It is more suitable for an individual or small group.
We have various rent-a-car options for manual wheelchair users who want to use the normal car(sedan/van/suv). The normal cars can be delivered to any other location including the airport and can vary from day to day. Unfortunately we don't offer any rent-a-car service for the self drive traveler.
Accommodations
Accessible accommodations are vital to physically challenged people and more mature travelers with special needs. We inspect and select hotels that are located in major cities. At present, about 30 hotels are listed on our data base.
Our Wheelchair Accessible hotels' room is equipped with fully wide door, flat shower floor or bathtub with grab bars and hand held shower head. In case of need, we supply a shower chair.
Meals
We are able to arrange for any special food needs. Vegetarian, Vegan, Muslim(Halal food), but not available Kosher meal.
Medical Backup
Our staff is experienced in managing and looking after people with various special medical, mobility and other needs. We do have a good network of doctors, medical centres and hospitals. As long as we are aware of your needs we can plan ahead to make sure they are fully met.
Korea is well known for remarkable medical services. We offer all kinds of medical services to be scheduled during your stay as well as medical consulting by the professionals. English/Chinese/Japanese-speaking doctors and medical representatives are available to provide medical assistance.
Insurance
Clients’ safety and well-being are our prime concern but we insist you take out personal travel insurance even before putting a deposit down. We carry comprehensive insurance but shall not be held responsible for any mishap, loss, damage, personal injury, death, change of arrangements, etc, resulting from actions either beyond our control, or decisions made at the time by our staff in good faith and for the best.
Payment and Cancellation
1. A deposit up to 50% of your tour price is required at the time of booking.
2. The balance of the tour price should be paid to us no later than 7 days before the tour departure date.
3. Any cancellation of the tour by you prior to your tour departure date will result in the cancellation fees.
4. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Korea Wheelchair Tour.
5. Days of notice prior to tour commencement - Cancellation fees as% of deposit
15 days or more - 30%
8~14 days - 40%
7 days or less - 50%
6. You may also be liable to pay cancellation fees to airlines and other third parties.
