“Despite my familiarity with Seoul, Paul was truly an immense help during my one-week travel in Korea with my mom. I had initially planned to use public transport, but now I think I overestimated the ease of getting around. By the end of the second day, I was exhausted enough to contact Korea Wheelchair Tour. Paul responded promptly and managed to turn up the next day to bring us to Nami Island even though I had only emailed the evening before. My mom was very much relieved to have a local who was committed to our wellbeing and willing to keep trying whenever we met with barriers or miscommunication. Paul's mild temperament helped us to withstand the pressures and frustrations of the inconveniences we faced. My mom was also comfortable enough to allow Paul to carry her up the vehicle. The cost of assurance was indeed worth every won spent. Overall, we were very touched by Paul's kindness and thoughtfulness which made our trip exceptionally memorable and meaningful.” (Y.G.C. from Singapore)

“I was taken on a three day comprehensive tour of Seoul by Paul. I am confined to a wheelchair and found the three days thoroughly enjoyable and I couldn't have wished to have done more in Seoul. We had wonderful visits included such as access to traditional markets, a Nanta Dining show, a trip up the world tower, changing of the guard at the royal palace, a war memorial museum stop as well as a Han river cruise and a trip to Imjingak close to the border.
Paul ensured I was comfortable, safe and happy with the touring plan each day. The lunches and dinner we had each day were a wonderful cultural experience of traditional Korean cuisine among other dishes such as a Japanese curry one lunchtime. The tour was great value and left me completely satisfied I had made the most of my three days there. I would thoroughly recommend Paul and his company to anyone wheelchair confined, or mobility challenged.” (S.C.W. from New Zealand) |
“Thanks so much for the photos, great job. A short review was that you were very accommodating and helpful with me being in a wheelchair, it made things a lot easier on the day. We really enjoyed chatting to you and gaining a bit of understanding of your thoughts and opinions about thing in Korea we didn't quite understand as tourists. The war museum was really good although having it at the end of the long day was a bit tiring. All in all a very good tour. Thanks again!” (B.B. from Australia)

“My mum and I were on a week long tour and Paul was there to meet all our needs whenever required. He went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves throughout our tour in both Seoul and Jeju island. He recommend different places to visit and eat (local food) and would even suggest alternatives depending on the weather and my mum's mobility issue. I would highly recommend his services as he is a trustworthy, friendly and an accommodating guide. Thank you for your services.” (K.S. from Malaysia)

“Traveling can be a scary thought which many people avoid it for many obvious reasons. This factor is at its peak when you have a physical disability and have to rely on another person and basic needs.
Seoul a city that would have never crossed my mind to go for a study tour. As I was just hungry to get out of my comfort zone and face the world I was prepared to take any opportunity that cross my path. When I heard about going to Seoul my anxiety level rose up as I naively thought there’s no way I can wheel around the country. From my personal research I found a lot of complaints about accessibility. I was fully prepared to fly back the next day if I’m to be stuck in a hotel room during the whole trip. 100/10 for the service I just experienced from Seoul. For vanishing those thoughts and expectations it had to take the person who would go above and beyond to give you a life full experience of the country. Mr Paul!!!! Your hospitality can never be beaten by anyone and will forever will be my most precious memories ever. Buying dinner on the first day of arrivals I sensed that I’m in safe hands. Your efforts has inspired me to think of limitations as an opportunity that no one should ever avoid it. You were humble, thoughtful, caring, most vibrant, talented and extremely knowledgeable I could say all those amazing things about you and it’ll still not cover a minute of you serving me and my group from the day dot till our goodbyes. If you looking for a recommendation and unforgettable experience. You have landed to the right place because if you don’t try it you won’t know that you’re actually blessed to what you are about to take.” (F.A. from Australia) |
