N Seoul Tower
N Seoul Tower was built in 1969 as Korea’s first integrated transmission tower beaming television and radio broadcasts across the capital.
The tower’s multifunctional space has an observatory, restaurants, a museum, a coffee shop, and souvenir shops and is frequented by families, friends, and couples who come to soak in the romantic ambience and gaze upon the stunning city view. N Seoul Tower’s mountain surroundings on Namsan(Mt.) have made it a popular place to unwind for locals and tourists alike. Hangang River Ferry CruiseHangang River Ferry Cruise is one of the best ways to enjoy the scenery around the Hangang River, which flows through the heart of Seoul.
On the cruise, you can see Hangang River’s beautiful scenery, various small islands, Jeoldusan Park, 63 Square, N Seoul Tower and other famous tourist spots. Operated by Eland Cruise company, passengers can board the Hangang River Ferry Cruise at two locations: Yeouido and Jamsil. However, the cruise offering live music during the tour displaying Seoul’s impressive nighttime cityscape departs only from Yeouido. It departs at 19:30 every night and returns to Yeouido via the famous Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain. K-Star Road / SMTOWN MuseumK-Star Road is an urban walking course linking the largely Hallyu (Korean Wave)-related sites. Featuring the latest hallyu trend, visitors will be able to discover restaurants and attractions frequented by popular hallyu stars while walking along the Hallyu K-Star Road.
There are approximately 20 Gangnamdols (Gangnam + idol) lined up on Hallyu K-Star road and you can take pictures with all of them. Gangnamdol is a large statue of a bear with the K-pop idol (BTS, EXO, Girls’ Generation, Block B, Super Junior, SHINee, B1A4, AOA) imprinted on its face. SMTOWN Museum, a complex cultural space to experience the traces of SM Entertainment's artists including TVXQ and EXO, was opened to the public in May 2018. Cheonggyecheon StreamLocated right in the center of Seoul, Cheonggyecheon Stream is a top tourist attraction that serves as a relaxing space for tourists. It is about 11㎞ long modern stream that runs through downtown Seoul.
The stream starts from Cheonggye Plaza, a popular cultural arts venue, and passes under a total of 22 bridges before flowing into the Hangang (River), with many attractions along its length. |

Gwanghwamun Square / Gyeongbokgung Palace
Gwanghwamun is main gate of Gyeongbokgung Palace.
At Gwanghwamun Square’s center stands a statue of King Sejong the Great, the fourth and most respected king of the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910) and creator of Hangeul, Korea’s alphabet; and a statue of Admiral Yi Sunshin, a naval commander. Gyeongbokgung Palace was the first royal palace built by the Joseon Dynasty. Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung served as the main palace of the Joseon Dynasty. Gyeongbokgung Palace is arguably the most beautiful, and remains the largest of all five palaces. It is highly recommended to visit the palace in time for the changing of the guard ceremony. It takes place three times a day, every day (except for Tuesday) at 10:00, 13:00, and 15:00 for a duration of 15 minutes per ceremony. |

The Moonlight Tour Changdeokgung Palace
Designated as a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 1997, Changdeokgung Palace is said to be the most traditional and authentic of Seoul's five palaces. It has been praised for its architectural sensitivity to its natural surroundings and lauded as a representative masterpiece of East Asian Palace Architecture.
Changdeokgung Palace was the second royal villa built following the construction of Gyeongbukgung Palace in 1405. The palace grounds are comprised of a public palace area, a royal family residence building, and the rear garden. The Moonlight Tour at Changdeokgung Palace is the only chance you can explore in the palace at night. Admission is reserved for foreign nationals only. The tour takes place on the days of full moon and only allows a limited number of people. |

Insa-dong
Insa-dong, located in the heart of the capital city Seoul, is an important place where old but precious and traditional goods are on display.
The streets of Insa-dong are aligned with big and small alleys on each side full of interesting shops, galleries, traditional restaurants, traditional teahouses, and cafes. Not only young Koreans taking in the traditional sights and smells, but also droves of international visitors flocked to its streets to experience Korea’s traditional relics. There is ‘special Insa-dong within Insa-dong’ called Ssamziegil, resembling a Korean alphabet ‘ㅁ’ shape, it is dubbed as hidden gem as it offers interesting antiques at affordable prices in modern exterior of shopping mall. Inside this 4-story novelty building there are over 70 shops including craft shops, galleries, tea houses, and restaurants. |

The National Museum of Korea
The six-story building of the National Museum of Korea harmoniously blends traditional and contemporary styles. It was built to house more than 140,000 national relics and artifacts.
The museum is divided into two exhibition areas for the purpose of displaying relics and artifacts through permanent and special exhibitions. The permanent exhibition consists of themed galleries including: a prehistory and ancient history gallery; a medieval and early modern history gallery; a calligraphy and art gallery; a sculpture and crafts gallery; and an Asian galley and donations gallery. The special exhibitions are made up of various cultural arts events and programs. |

The War Memorial of Korea
The War Memorial of Korea exhibits and preserve materials related to the Korean War and serves as a national moral educational venue. The museum houses approximately 33,000 artifacts with about 10,000 on display at indoor and outside exhibition halls. There are six separate indoor halls, including Expeditionary Forces Room, Patriotic Memorial Room, War History Room, 6·25 Korean War Room, Development Hall and Large Machinery Room. The outdoor exhibition hall showcases large-sized weapons.

Lotte World Tower & Mall
Lotte World Tower is the 6th tallest building in the world. This skyscraper is 123 floors, standing at 555m. The tower contains a gallery, cafés, a luxury hotel, a Skywalk and an observation deck.
Lotte World Mall is located next to the tower, and features Aveunuel, a complex of luxury department stores. The multi-leveled mall has attracting visitors as one of the top shopping attractions in Seoul. On the fifth level, there is a replica of 1930s Jongno Street, as well as a representation of 1950s Myeong-dong on the sixth floor. It also offers a wide-range of entertainment, such as a movie theater, an aquarium, and more. |
